Under the Sea

I realize that I haven't posted in awhile.  Life happens.  But I plan to post more often now.  This was my card for my pen pals this month.  I loved creating it.

    Really cute Jane and have missed your cards but see you are a little laid up right now. Hope the foot is better. What is the face made out of?
